Script 2 Screen:
For details about our Arts Education Programs, including Script 2 Screen, please visit www.generationarts.org.
Script 2 Screen is an innovative filmmaking program that gives students an opportunity to develop important life skills while also discovering the joys of filmmaking. Through Script 2 Screen, students learn important skills such as storytelling, screenwriting, acting, directing, cinematography, editing, animation, etc. while utilizing the latest professional equipment, camera techniques and software.
The program encourages students to collaborate with one another while building their self-esteem and providing them with a positive outlet for creativity and self-expression.
At the end of each Script 2 Screen program, students receive a DVD with their film project(s) and their final films will be featured at a Santa Clarita Valley Film Festival screening event for friends and family.
